Magnet Fishing

Has anyone tried Magnet Fishing yet?

I'm looking to get a starter kit and see what I can find in the local streams and rivers.
Not holding out much hope but you never know.

Not sure of the procedure with finding anything of value....Treasure Trove comes to mind or even ownership within someone else's property?

Hi all. Glad to be a member of this fine club
I'm based in Devon, near Totnes and have been magnet fishing for some time now but never really found anything of value, more of interest than anything
But i suppose it is just like fishing, you don't really do it for the catch but more so the relaxation in a serene environment within nature

Anyway good luck with it and hope you catch more than I have    🙂

i've been looking at this for detectoring and seems most public places are on the crown estate and information on this can be found on the crown estate website. I think you'll be fine as long as it's not private or part of a trust like national trust.
